Business Process Reengineering of applications has been around for more than 10 years now but the successes are very limited because:

• Sometimes they are not well aligned with the corporate objectives and strategies.
• Furthermore not all the users, stakeholders and customers have been involved enough in the design of these applications so they do not really "own" it.
• There is no e.business methodology to support it.
• There is no tool to foster the creativity.
• All the human aspects are not addressed

A good methodology should be flexible and reproducible allowing customers "to copy and paste" new process reengineering as quickly and efficiently as possible. Our Methodology is a framework which takes mostly in consideration the human factor to make sure the new process is a win-win for every stakeholder involved in the process; from the top Executive, to the modest day to day user.
