• ‍‍A global airline implemented a companywide strengths assessment for all leaders. Phylecia was selected by the SVP of IT and Immerging Technologies to unpack the assessment and develop a plan to maximize his strengths leading the IT Division and as a role model exhibiting the company’s cultural values and brand promise.
• A national membership warehouse club identified a high potential General Manager whose location was underperforming. Phylecia developed and implemented a 360 assessment which uncovered opportunities for not only lead development but team development as well. Upon completion of the coaching engagement overall leader satisfaction improved 90% and the store location moved into the top ten in the country.
• A Global Oil and Gas company updated their cultural values and needed their most senior leaders to develop plans to implement the new values and desired behaviors of the workforce. Phylecia coached 4 SVP’s representing a variety of business divisions and guided each in their development of their implementation plans.
