Jeanne Tucker has been dedicated to enhancing people’s business communication skills for over 20 years. Her training seminars in business-to-business selling skills includes workshops on prospecting, strategizing, conducting a sales call, handling objections, negotiating, making sales presentations, and coaching. Jeanne also specializes in customer service training, to improve communication, promote problem resolution and build positive relationships with both internal as well as external customers.
Jeanne was a Master Trainer with Xerox Learning Systems/Learning International for 10 years where she developed, customized and facilitated various training programs. Prior to joining Wolf Management Consultants, Inc. she has consulted with over 200 organizations, the majority being Fortune 500 companies, spanning a wide range of industries. Clients have included: GE Medical Systems, Chicago Tribune Company, Anheuser Busch, RR Donnelley, Anixter, Ameritech, Wm. Wrigley Company, Northern Trust Bank, Union Pacific, Florida Power & Light, Eli Lilly and Abbott Labs.
She has extensive experience conducting hundreds of seminars as well as a strong sales background enabling her to communicate client objectives into each program with enthusiasm and a compelling approach that creates a motivational learning environment.
Jeanne received a Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin/Madison and a Masters from Loyola University of Chicago, where she graduated with highest honors.
