Happy New Year

We hope you and your family had a wonderful holiday season and wish you health, happiness, and prosperity in 2023.

Last Year

2022 was a banner year for us as we completed many leadership development programs, coaching assignments, and teambuilding programs. The feedback from these programs was an unmitigated success as they developed both new and veteran leaders, improved organizational culture, and increased the bottom-line of many organizations.

We want to take this opportunity to thank those organizations for the confidence and trust they placed in us to help their people and teams achieve maximum effectiveness!

2023 - Questions to Ask

To eliminate uncertainty and improve performance, it’s critical that leaders continually ask questions.

As 2023 begins, I’d like to share a few questions for leaders to ask themselves and their teams:

Business Performance

  • What are our priorities or key actions for success?
  • What activities should we focus our efforts on?
  • What should we stop doing?
  • How can we allocate our resources (people, money, assets, time) more correctly?
  • How do we identify and pursue new growth opportunities?
  • How do we drive change and innovation throughout our organization knowing companies either change or die (ex. Kodak, Blockbuster, Sears, etc.)?
  • How will we ensure goal clarity throughout our entire organization?
  • What will success look like? How will we measure it? Over what period of time?

Talent

  • How do we ensure the right talent is on the team?
  • How many key people have left in the past year?
  • What are we doing to keep our people motivated and engaged?
  • What are we doing to attract new talent?
  • What are we doing to grow our leaders, on a daily basis, so our people are well led?
  • How do we set targets that are reasonable given the demands and pressure on our people?
  • How could our teams work together more effectively?
  • What could coaching or training do to achieve better results?

People and Development

No matter what business conditions prevail, the most important aspect of any organization is PEOPLE.

Without highly motivated, inspired and engaged people, you will struggle to survive and thrive.

Training and development are keys to keeping people engaged and motivated.  By encouraging and promoting ongoing training and development, you create a pipeline of talented people who are full of ideas, thoughts, and inspiration.  This sends a strong, motivating message to each employee: we care and we’re willing to invest in you.  You’ll then be rewarded with tremendous engagement and enthusiasm, positioning your organization as an employer of choice.

Training is also crucial to your company’s future, as it creates a pipeline of talent that positions the company for success. It motivates employees about their worth to the organization.  It improves work quality and morale.  Finally, it boosts productivity.  Trained employees are always more productive.

The following programs have been extremely helpful to organizations of all sizes in developing their people:
