Jane is committed to highly interactive and engaging sessions that motivate participants to explore, stretch, listen, and discuss various approaches to build personal and team effectiveness.

Jane’s fervor for helping others began in high school when she worked as a volunteer for developmentally challenged girls and women. This experience led her to education where she developed and implemented a number of programs to enhance the learning environment for both learner and instructor. Jane has developed curricula and district-wide programs in Minnesota for advanced learners and has been recognized statewide for her achievements. Jane continues to work and volunteer in the educational field, serving K-12 Charter Schools, Public School Districts, and higher education institutes such as St. John’s University in Minnesota and Penn State. With her education in creativity, coupled with her extensive background in helping others understand their personality, behaviors, emotional intelligence, and the utilization of their right brain, Jane has become a sought-after facilitator and coach. She believes that everyone has the potential to be innovative, be a contributing team member, and be an influential leader but only after each individual honestly explores his/her personal blockers. Her motto is “With the right mindset, everyone can realize brilliant success.”

At the core of Jane’s instructional programs is her belief that confident leadership means values are aligned and that the stage is set for reflection on the leader within. She believes that the mark of a great leader is the ability to identify strengths, admit limitations, and become adept at leveraging personal strengths as well as the strengths of others. Her programs and coaching sessions are based on leadership and team examination of collaborative problem-solving techniques, communication patterns, and influential strategies. Participants develop action plans for immediate application, resulting in improved accountability, shared responsibility, and sustained organizational growth.

Professional development, whether it is focused around leadership, team, or personal development, is a life-changing journey. Jane Schuette’s passion is to assist individuals and teams on their journey achieving heights beyond what was imagined possible. Jane views herself as an alchemist; her role is aiding individuals in the transformation to the gold she believes lies within everyone.
