| (San Diego, Calif.)—Leadership veteran Paul M. Sanchez, formerly a partner at the global HR consulting firm Mercer, has joined Wolf Management Consultants, one of the country’s most comprehensive consulting, coaching and training firms.
Sanchez’s career spans more than 25 years, with emphases on opinion research, workforce engagement, organizational communication and change management.
“Paul’s considerable experience will complement our consulting team’s skills, allowing us to better serve some of America’s most influential companies and organizations in their quest to develop and enhance leadership effectiveness programs and other HR initiatives,” says company President and CEO Jeff Wolf.
Sanchez has held leadership positions here and abroad at one Fortune 250 company and three major consulting firms, working with clients in more than 25 countries. He received his bachelor’s degree in psychology from Loyola Marymount University and his master’s degree in organizational communications from Boston University. He also holds a certificate in professional firm management from the Harvard Business School.
Sanchez received the Lifetime Achievement Award at the International Association of Business Communicators’ 2009 World Conference for his work in integrating social science research into business communication practices. He serves on the boards of several volunteer organizations and professional associations, frequently speaks at national business conferences, and regularly contributes to leading professional publications.
