Beth Levin, M.A.

Beth A. Levin has over 18 years experience in building performance through leadership, professional development and coaching. Her effective performance methods have engaged business leaders and enabled employees to gain new skills and perspectives, leading to transformational changes in client attitudes, behaviors and their ability to reach peak performance. Whether consulting, training or coaching as a catalyst and change agent, she is astute at assessing both individual and organizational needs. Beth has a track record in moving projects forward from beginning to implementation and achieving excellent results.
She is skilled in evaluating individual and organizational values which she believes are critical foundations for change within various business cultures. She is adept at uncovering and fostering individual communication styles and deeply held personal values. Beth provides the Wolf Management team’s clients with added value through her depth of experience in training design, neuro-psychology and physiology related to performance, in adult and executive development.
Examples of Beth’s experience include:
- Working with a team of multi-state peers, Beth provides organizational career-development planning and services to a variety of internal employee groups both virtually and in person. This project has demonstrated excellent ROI through the building of employee skills and qualifications while decreasing costs related to outside hiring and on-boarding.
- Beth provided Executive Coaching with an International Vice-President of Sales to improve his strategic thinking and relationship savvy, leading to improved team success.
- After two government agencies merged, as part of a large systemic change initiative, Beth was brought in to lead a stalled training design team forward. Deliverables included custom-designed "train the trainer" program and a team-oriented employee program as a foundation for merging cultures, delivered to over 4500 employees.
- As part of a nationwide performance and instructional design team, Beth developed custom-designed leadership and operational "train the trainer" programs and materials for district managers. Beth not only demonstrated the program for executives to implement, but also coached them on delivery and facilitation. Results: improved internal process consistency and efficiency.
- Co-Author of training and train the trainer program, "Time Challenged" for CRM Learning, an award-winning video-training company. Provided relevant input for video and workbook redesign from original foreign-developed product. The video has become a popular program to improve time management.
- Initiated and led development of acclaimed formal mentor program, which focused on high performers. Goals included succession planning, diversity and career development.Beth developed materials and gained buy-in and support from top executives to create and implement this program, working with an internal partner. The program helped staff the pipeline for leadership succession while stretching and developing high potentials.

Beth Levin has an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from University for Humanistic Studies and B.S. from University of Illinois in Occupational Therapy. Beth has also completed additional graduate-level courses in Business Administration at University of San Diego. In addition to her extensive experience in professional and executive development, she is a seasoned Occupational Therapist with clinical and management experience.
