Learning Systems/Corporate University Design - A corporate university is an educational organization and learning system established and run by a corporation. We work to design it to function as the strategic umbrella for a company's total education requirements -- for all employees and the value chain. It can be "brick and mortar" or virtual. The curricula are designed to be focused, aligned and linked with business strategy and direction. We design it to act as the "cultural DNA" of the organization, and have a governance system that permits input by the various operating entities and functional levels in establishing mission, goals, and curricula.
