successes are very limited because:
- Sometimes they are not well aligned with the corporate objectives
and strategies.
- Furthermore not all the users, stakeholders and customers have
been involved enough in the design of these applications so they
do not really "own" it.
- There is no e.business methodology to support it.
- There is no tool to foster the creativity.
- All the human aspects are not addressed
To address these issues we will always begin a mission with a strong
Executive Sponsor, few efficient Team Building workshops and a methodology
which is a step by step approach.
A good methodology should be flexible and reproducible allowing
customers "to copy and paste" new process reengineering as quickly
and efficiently as possible. Our Methodology is a framework which
takes mostly in consideration the human factor to make sure the
new process is a win-win for every stakeholder involved in the process;
from the top Executive, to the modest day to day user. Such work
is done in workshops and with virtual Team Rooms creating the basis
for a good and powerful Teamwork.
