Change Management

While we all understand the old adage, "the only thing that never changes is change itself," what we don't always understand is how to use change to energize and revitalize our businesses and organizations. We need to go beyond just coping with change to embracing change. And that's what Wolf Management Consultants, Inc. helps you do!

Change Programs and Consulting Services

Change is such a dynamic process. Our experience has taught us that in order for change to occur successfully, the organization must consider two critical elements: 1) providing the appropriate education to all organization members, and 2) ensuring that the infrastructure supports the change the organization wants to achieve. For this reason, Wolf Management Consultants, Inc. offers both change programs customized for each client we work with, and consulting services to ensure the change is culturally viable, sustainable, and becomes integral to how you run your business.

Change Programs

Our change programs take a look at and enhance awareness of the major issues impacting successful implementation of change. Specifically:

  • Creating Change (being a change leader)
  • Communicating Change (ensuring understanding of the need for change)
  • Committing to Change (getting buy-in from the entire organization)
  • Managing Change (ensuring successful implementation of change)

Consulting Services

Our consulting services work with the decision-makers in the organization to address the broader picture relative to organizational change. As consultants, we provide guidelines and support in dealing with two critical dimensions of change: people and infrastructure.

  • Organizational Assessments
    • Change Style Indicator (personal response to change)
    • Culture Survey (what is the existing culture and how that culture positively or negatively impacts change efforts)
    • Organizational Readiness (to what extent is an organization prepared to implement and sustain change)

  • Infrastructure
    • Reward and recognition
    • Performance evaluation
    • Work processes/work flows
    • Technology
    • Leadership and philosophy
    • Systems
