Effective Workplace Investigations

There is no better way to learn about investigation then to DO an investigation.

The Effective Workplace Investigation course (EWI) through Wolf Management Consultants is a highly experiential, immersion-type 2-day course -- often compared to going on maneuvers with live ammo!

GOALS

  • EMPOWER MANAGERS TO CONDUCT EFFECTIVE, LAWFUL INVESTIGATIONS
  • EMPOWER MANAGERS TO CREATE THE MOST CORRECT AND POSITIVE OUTCOMES POSSIBLE FROM THE INVESTIGATION PROCESS

OBJECTIVES

  • Explore the criteria for initiating an investigation
  • Demonstrate the importance of conducting a prompt, effective, confidential investigation
  • Provide hands-on skill practice conducting a thorough, effective investigation
  • Illuminate the importance of proper documentation during the investigation process
  • Provide competency and expertise in planning and conducting effective investigations

  • Interactive, high impact training seminar: “Effective Workplace Investigations” (EWI)
  • Group size: maximum 20
  • Seminar length: 2 days
