This will allow the audience to understand
the effectiveness of their current internal communication and
how to create an effective communication strategy. This training
will provide the audience with the tools needed to create an information-rich
environment, achieve business goals, drive change and measure
the success of a communication strategy. We will build strategic
plans that not only create awareness but behavior change through
tools to communicate more effectively and in less time.
First half of day:
There will be a presentation around what the
outline and guidelines of a good communication strategy are. Included
will be a discussion of tools to be used and end results to be
reached.
Second half of day:
Working session where audience creates their
own plans to:
- Identify audiences and create key messages.
- Create individual strategies to focus on a specific business
need.
- Review current and potential communication vehicles.
- Tie measurement tools to business goals.
These plans will be reviewed individually and
critiqued with rich input.
