Overview:
The Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Act of 2003 has been a 'pain' to executives, compliance officers, auditors, accountants, and boards. It has been a 'comfort' to shareholders, employees, and creditors. Since 1997, Vince Crew has delivered continuing education in ethics to accountants, auditors, boards, association executives, and other professionals. He discusses the reasoning behind, the provision of, and the mandate for leaders in the specific program audience.
