This program examines the culture, commitment, and course of action needed to attract, retain, and develop mid-level leaders.
Objectives:
- De-bunk the definitions of leadership and management
Identify ways of 'selling' ideas to upper management
- Recognize the 8 skills required over the next 18 months for mid-level success.
- Distinguish the steps needed to develop managers (whether their goal is to move up or stay where they are)
