Event Overview
It takes all kinds to make the world go round! Why is it that on one hand, we
can appreciate variety – but when it comes to different viewpoints, different
approaches and different preferences for communication, we get angry and
frustrated and think there is something fundamentally wrong with the other
person? The secret is to understand and appreciate the fact that there are
indeed four distinct behavioral/communication styles and that each brings
something of value to the workplace so that we see an issue from ALL sides. This event, based on self-awareness and appreciation of others by utilizing the DiSC Personal Profile System®, helps participants see precisely how we differ in our preferences to how we speak, what we choose to speak about, and the pacing with which we operate.
