Event Overview
How many times have you said to yourself “There must be a better
way to do this?” or “Why are we doing it THIS way?” Everyone in
business is responsible for executing various processes and procedures
during their day: whether you’re processing forms, writing proposals, or creating a plan for marketing a new product. These processes all have steps. The question is: are all those steps necessary? As a popular book from the last decade was aptly titled, If it Ain’t Broke… Break It!, it’s important to closely examine our day-to-day processes to see if they are as effective as they were when we created them. Are we getting the results we’re looking for? Are our customers? This analytical event examines the critical ingredients for an effective business process improvement initiative, whether it’s executed in a single department or throughout the organization.
