Mike has extensive domestic and international experience working
with individuals and groups at all organization levels, from senior
executives to first-line supervisors and employees in represented
and non-represented companies. He has been in the management consultant
field since 1976, and has served client organizations in both the
public and private sectors. A partial list of clients include the
following Companies; AtlanticRichfield, Dow Chemical, Intel, LSG
Sky Chef, General Motors Corporation, British Petroleum, Avon, Revlon,
Bank of America, Johnson & Johnson, Washington Mutual Bank, Fluor

He has also co-authored a number of articles which have been featured

Prior to joining Wolf Management Consultants, Mike was Managing
Principal of the HRD Group which represented organization development
practitioners who have a track record of designing and delivering
outstanding result-driven Executive and Leadership programs.
Prior to establishing the HRD Group 1994, Mike was a Consulting
Director for Johnson & Johnson Learning Services; Manager of Human
Resource Development, ARCO Transportation Company; Manager of Training
& Development, ARCO Oil & Gas Company; Personnel Generalist, General
Motors Corporation. He is a former Athletic Director and Director
of Conference and Executive Development at Northwestern Michigan
College in Traverse City, Michigan.
Mike has an MA and BS degree in Education from Central Michigan
University, Mt. Pleasant, Michigan. He is a member of the American
Society for Training and Development, The National Organization
Development Network, The Society for Human Resource Management and
past member of the University of Michigan Human Resource Partnership.
