ENG
Joseph Eng enjoys helping private sector companies, government
agencies, associations and other non-profit organizations create
highly productive, highly motivated work teams. Over the past 30
years, Mr. Eng has trained and coached over 15,000 managers in industry,
government, and non-profit organizations in the art of building
and maintaining high performance organizations.
His areas of expertise include: Project Management implementation
in information technology and scientific organizations, Total Quality
Management implementation in service and logistics organizations,
Process Reengineering training and facilitation, Management By Objectives
implementation, Statistical Process Control, business strategy development,
organizational and personal goals setting, team building, performance
consulting, managerial decision making, mentoring hi-potential managers,
management coaching, effective employee selection, and training
design and evaluation.
Prior to joining Wolf Management Consultants, Inc., Joseph designed
and conducted management training for Government and private sector
companies incorporating the best of behavioral sciences, leadership,
motivation, communications and team building techniques with proven
management sciences, process improvement, quality management and
change management tools. Several of his clients have retained his
services for 10 years or more and during this time he has enjoyed
seeing many of his first students progress from new supervisors
to senior directors.
As a natural outgrowth of his training assignments Mr. Eng was
retained by several major governmental organizations and private
sector companies to serve as project manager and facilitator for
implementations of Total Quality Management, MBO, and Project Management.

Joseph served for 5 years as Director of the Management Sciences
Institute and 3 years as Associate Director, General Management
Institute for US Office of Personnel Management, Region V. In that
capacity he lead a team of 12-15 Ph.D. consultants in the development
and conduct of over 60 different management courses for Federal,
State and Local government agencies. He holds a BA in fine arts
that he says eminently qualifies him for his job.
